RECRUITMENT

Dates and Times:

• Friday, June 21st: Skills & Drills (2 Groups) from 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm & 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
• Saturday, June 22nd: Two skates from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm & 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm
• Sunday, June 23rd: Two skates from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm & 8:30 pm – 10:00 pm

 

Location:

Cobourg Community Centre, 750 D'Arcy Street Cobourg.

Guaranteed Inclusions:

• Minimum of 4 hours of ice time
• Jersey and T-shirt

 

Requirements:

• Full cage or face shield, as per Ontario Hockey Association (OHA) rules.
• Permission to Skate (PTS) form from the local minor hockey centre or other junior affiliate program, if applicable.

 

Cost:

• Payment is due before the first skate on June 21st. E-transfer payment can be made to: treasurer@trenthillsthunder.ca
• Skaters: $150
• Goalies: $100

 

Registration Deadline:

To register, athletes must complete the Prospect Camp Registration Form by Monday, June 17th.

• Travel is less compared to minor hockey “AA” & “AAA” loops.
• Costs are a fraction of “AAA” or Tier 2 Junior costs.
• Thunder players receive coats, bags, and other accessories.
• The season consists of 42 regular season games, usually twice per week.
• Thunder practices twice per week to allow players to balance academics, employment, and hockey effectively.

 

This camp offers a well-rounded opportunity for hockey players to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
